CrossFit^® Melior

Fantastic experience: Can't say enough about this CrossFit gym. My wife and I had been going to a different gym for the last year or so until it closed a couple months ago. Since then we've been going to CF Melior and we couldn't be happier. Within two or three days Coach Jordan's advice pertaining my technique had substantially improved my movements and now, about 2 months in I'm noticing big gains both in the weight I'm putting up and in my physique. This place is special!

Fantastic experience: The best coaches!! I finally got back to the gym after moping around my house feeling bad for myself after breaking my wrist. I was feeling like there was nothing I could do because I can’t lift anything so what’s the point. So happy I changed my thinking because as soon as I walked in Jordan and Andrew jumped in and created a workout for me to keep me moving and feeling better. The coaches and other members are the best around!

Fantastic experience: Crossfit Melior is hands down the best gym in the area! From the superior coaching to the fabulous community to the meticulous cleaning/organization, there is nothing that compares. Any age and skill level is welcome and the coaches are excellent at making sure each workout works for you! In addition, there is a massage therapist and a registered dietitian on site. I look forward to every workout and the support of the coaches and members every day. At age 50, I’ve never been stronger! Thank you to Jordan and Tammi for running a first class business!
