Fantastic experience: Amazing, amazing, amazing! I went to my first class today where Chelsea greeted me and lead the group. I had such a fun, challenging, fulfilled work out! It kicked my butt and made me feel amazing afterwards. I already can’t wait for my next class!

Fantastic experience: This is not just a place to exercise. I love coming here. I find that I miss the people, on the days that I don't make it in. If you are dedicated and do the work, they come through on their promises. I started with an 8 week challenge and am now a member. I actually enjoy exercising now and do what I can to fit in a workout.
