Fantastic experience: The facility is always clean and neat. The staff is super friendly, and helpful. This is a great place if you are looking for a quick workout that will get you in shape, plus there are a ton of options like barre workouts, bikes, yoga and more!

Positive experience: I love the Midland Hotworx. However, like Sarah, I am annoyed that everything is usually booked. I end up having to do the same 15-min workouts over and over. When I signed up in October this wasn't a problem. I wonder if too many people are now signed up. Also, on top of everything being booked, more often than not, I see open saunas, meaning that people are scheduling workouts and then not showing up. Really frustrating. I wish management would implement some type of sanction system for those people who are no-shows repeatedly.
