Fantastic experience: I love this place!! everyone is so amazing very supportive and encouraging they push you in the nicest way lol and one of the coaches would even call me to see if I was ok if i don't make it in for a couple of days ????so they help hold you accountable which I definitely needed lol, but from the other members to the coaches and owners !! You easily feel like your a part of a family. And they have a amazing child care which for parents makes it that much more convenient to go. Haven't gone since March sadly with everything going on so I did cancel my membership but am absolutely going to sign up again. Can't wait !!!

Fantastic experience: The best decision I ever made was joining CrossFit Mix! I joined earlier this year before they moved to their new location. The new gym is AWESOME with the same great coaches. The community togetherness is everything. The coaches and amazing members push you and support you through all your goals The best part about it is you don't have to be in shape to join. Whatever fitness level you are they will cater to you and what your body can do! Before you know it you will be stronger than you could ever imagine! This is a great environment and they really do make working out so much fun! The coaches are very skilled and can help you with not only your workouts but also nutrition to really get you to crush your goals. It took me years to find somewhere I was comfortable with. Going to the gym isn't something I dread it is my favorite time of the day.

Fantastic experience: I've easily gone from a hard 3 to a soft 6 in just a few weeks of incredible coaching! All jokes aside, I'm glad my wife and I chose such a welcoming group. New gyms can be intimidating but Mix is not that! All fitness levels will feel at home.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic community! Absolutely a zero judgment zone. ALL coaches are more than happy to go above and beyond to make sure you have all the help you need/want. These people have become my family and I can’t imagine my life without them.

Fantastic experience: This gym has been amazing! My husband and I feel part of a community and being new to Midland it has been so refreshing. A great appreciation goes to all the ladies that help watch kids while we are working out. We wouldn't be able to workout consistently without the child care.
