F45 Training Middletown NJ

Fantastic experience: As someone not very advanced with HIIT, I was honestly intimidated and scared to try F45 for a long time! I’d watch advertisements and think I’m not fit enough, but that all changed after I tried my first class! I’ve completed about 10 sessions, various coaches, and all were amazing!! There’s a modification for every move if you need it and every class has amazing music to hype you up!! Best part? This is a judgment free zone!! Love this community and highly recommend trying these out! I look forward to starting my day with F45 Middletown every day and trust me, if I can do it, so can you!!

Fantastic experience: I love F45 because of the incredible community, challenging workouts, fun music, and positive energy from the coaches. F45 makes me feel empowered and motivated every time I go! The coaches always keep the studio clean and make everyone feel welcomed!

Fantastic experience: As a single mom of 3 fitting working out has been a struggle for me but instead of being left confused trying to workout at a gym F45 is efficient , fun and caters to all levels. This is gym is not as extreme a CrossFit but you will leave sweating , great music to keep you motivated, the coaches are there to motivate you , correct your form and offer adjustment if needed.

Fantastic experience: F45 Middletown has to be one of the best - if not the best - gym in the area. The workouts themselves are constantly changing, targeting different muscle groups each day but what makes this gym is their coaches! These coaches take the time to get to know you and learn your individual goals so they can motivate/push you through the workouts. F45 Middletown meets all expectations you'd want in a gym - a clean, welcoming, and encouraging community. I love this gym, their coaches and all members so I cannot recommend them enough!
