Positive experience: Good energy at Gotham ! Nice class and nice ppl but it’s more like fitness boxing than real boxing .. the bags are super light and high so it swings a lot !

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! + such a great Positive Mental Health boost! New to Miami, I signed up to Gotham to get in shape and release some post pandemic blues. One month in and I can see my abs again, I have energy again and can feel my power (aka feeling great). Highly recommend trying any class - the team here are all pros and great at ensuring you’re practicing good form. Gotham has a great reputation in NYC and maintains that minimalist-powerful vibe here in Sunset Harbor as well. If you’re considering it…we’ll, go get em’ tiger!
