Normandy Boxing & Fitness Gym

Fantastic experience: Dropped in while I was staying in Miami for the weekend. I only observed the classes going on but, if I were to be in the area again I would definitely want to take a boxing class. I came to get a quick lift. I think day rates were ~$25 which is very reasonable. Solid selection of cardio equipment. Weight section was pretty grungy which I loved and you're able to be outdoors in their backyard lifting. Only one squat rack but there's a few bars if you wanted to do deadlifts / cleans / snatches. Decent selection of dumbbells. Can't comment on how busy it may get since I went in the AM when it opened. Lastly, the staff was very helpful, friendly, and attentive. Feel like a lot of places in Miami were pretentious but Normandy was great.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for four months now, it’s helped me to improve my overall physique, my knowledge in boxing and all in all a great environment to be around in. I plan to stick around for a while. Thanks Dan & Paula!
