Positive experience: Great workout. But you kinda need to know what you're doing.

Fantastic experience: Sweat 440 is truly amazing. I opened up a business last year and because of its efficiency I’ve been able to work out on a regular basis. Being a new business owner is time consuming and sweat 440 has been able to help me maintain my fitness goals. The facility is clean, they change the work outs on a regular basis, and the staff is awesome!!!

Fantastic experience: I signed up for a weeklong unlimited membership while visiting the area. I was really impressed with this studio - great workout, great instructors and I love the rolling class start time. I’ll definitely be coming here next time I’m in SoBe.

Fantastic experience: Best workout I have ever had. You can go as hard or easy as you want with great staff to guide you. Its never boring and always fun. Best is that your never late with a new class every 10min. Amazing venue !! This work out really works !
