Fantastic experience: My trainer Lucas is fantastic. Every single trainer there is amazing and extremely nice. They all support each other instead of in competition with each other. Physical therapy next-door is also fantastic with Lauren and Elise. Everyone who works there is extremely knowledgeable and always learning more to better suit their clients

Fantastic experience: Ok, this gym is world class. It's a serious facility with a highly customized approach. My first 2 sessions were actually all about taking measurements, strength and range of motion assessment to design "The idea program" for me. All the trainers are talented, however, I LUCKED OUT and was referred to Elise Caldwell. Elise was a competitive college athlete, studied physiology in university, has advances degrees in Physical Therapy and has expertise in many modalities beyond her mastery of body mechanics and movement. I have made serious improvements working with Elise and plan to focused to get stronger so I can even further enjoy the things I love like: Skiing, snowboarding, cycling, etc.
