Fantastic experience: The stellar trainers at CrossFit 305 are, in no uncertain terms, what got me through quarantine, keeping me physically (and mentally!) strong with daily Zoom workouts. Although I live 1,500 miles from Miami, I feel just as much a part of the gym as the athletes who train in person. Outstanding trainers, great programming, what are you waiting for?

Fantastic experience: Walked through the doors 8 years ago, changed my life so much I became a coach. Coaching there changed my life so much I became part-owner. Few things have impacted me as positively as 305.

Fantastic experience: CrossFit 305 Miami has made me feel safer and more supported than any other workout facility has. The gym is SUPER CLEAN and they seem to take pride in cleanliness as well as keeping their customers safe. From a motivational standpoint, it has made a huge difference for my growth when instructors like Jeff, Keenan and owner, Dan really go above and beyond to care about my personal goals and check in on my milestones for strength and weight loss . There is a ton of equipment in the gym that is cleaned after each use and the integration of their outdoor space has made it amazing to be able to workout with tons of fresh air. After this experience, I would never go to another gym un Miami. Love this CrossFit 305 gym , it feels like a Family
