Fantastic experience: This is the best Crossfit in Miami by far. The staff is awesome and very well trained to give you the best experience possible. The owner Bill is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. If you are a beginner or an expert in CrossFit, this is the place to be.

Fantastic experience: I'm Brazilian and I came to live in miami, with a recent pneumonia having taken more than 10kg from me and I was very bad, I met crossfit through this space and I feel like a different person, with excellent teachers and who care about us, even because of the crossfit rumors there are more injuries, but they care so much about the way you exercise that you are like a family. no words to explain my experience in this place!
