Fantastic experience: Robert and Eduardo are fantastic trainers. Whenever I have a question on different exercises, they'll spend time with me to provide helpful feedback. Both are extremely knowledgeable and nice to communicate with.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym in Downtown Miami. It's 100 times better than LA Fitness, which I'm also a member of. To start off, all the free weights are always organized and sorted. This makes for much more efficient workouts. You also have access to plenty of resistance and cardio equipment. On top of all this, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Would give the Downtown YMCA 10 stars if possible.

Fantastic experience: Great people and excellent friendly staff who make this an overall great place to work out at. Decent amount of equipment and never overly busy. Very clean and well taken care of.
