Fantastic experience: Great workout! Was super easy to book online, had good instructors, we went for 90 minutes, and all for a great price. We'll be back and recommend it to all of players.

Fantastic experience: Amazing sports and athletic training facility with world class equipment and trainers. The trainers really work to know the athletes and their goals, especially important with younger athletes. They stress fundamentals and the importance of doing things right and safely. Programs are well structured with consistent assessments to monitor progress. Training options include individual instruction to small group training. Team based programs are excellent too. We were initially reluctant to sign up our son 1.5 years ago, which was based on a recommendation from his basketball coach, but we’ve never looked back since. We’ve seen significant improvements, both physically and mentally with our athlete. Our athlete has built a relationship with the trainers where their positive interactions have created a desire for him to be a trainer one day. We can’t say enough good things about Steve Becker, his Athlete Performance team, and their world class facilities. Definitely check them out.
