Fantastic experience: Great facility, equipment and friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: I work out 2x per week at the Mequon location for 1/2 hr each time - and I am 67! My personal trainer is Alex. I have been doing this now for over 3 years - and I keep coming back. The entire staff is great and everyone knows your name. We have a lot of laughs. Psst! and don;t tell the owner Ben that Alex really is pretty great!

Fantastic experience: Enjoy being a member and working out at Form & Fitness for about 14 years. Ben Quist and staff are the BEST! Caring,helpful, encouraging and friendly always. Both facilities are very clean and equipment is always updated. Training and working out at Form & Fitness makes exercising fun!

Fantastic experience: Susanne has worked us hard during our weekly 30 minute sessions, but she's been very fair in not overdoing our workouts. She understands our personal goals (both stated and unstated) and is knowledgeable about our issues with Parkinson's disease. We are at Form & Fitness thanks to a recommendation from a friend, and we have already passed along similar recommendations to others.
