Fantastic experience: From the very first time I came in to the facility I knew this was the place to be. Coach Grier is very knowledgeable. He offers different options to provide the type of workout that fits one's needs the most. I personally like the program design because it gives me the freedom to do my workouts at my own pace individually. Also, the environment is always professional, members are respectful and we all share the same goal in mind: to get stronger and better. Coach Grier works with people from all walks of life so don't be afraid to ask. Sometimes it might be intimidating to do something new but it's worth the try!
