Fantastic experience: Very professional staff, perfectly located gym (close to Griffith university and the Good Coast hospital) in Parkwood village surrounded by health practitioners and clinics: Elemental Yoga, pilates and a 25m swimming pool. The gym has all the equipment you can think of and more. I would highly recommend this gym and enjoyed my experience there very much. Thank you :).

Fantastic experience: I travel around the country for work every week and I'm constantly looking for a place to get my workout in. While recently staying in Memphis, I found this nice gym in Midtown. I stopped in and spoke with the staff. I was given a tour, and was definitely impressed by the facility and all of the amenities they offered. I perform compound lifts coupled with assistance work, and this gym had everything I needed. Friendly staff, reasonable day-rates, clean, and conveniently located. I'll definitely go back next time I'm in town!
