Fantastic experience: Results- I have stopped and started so many times. I finally committed to personal training to hold me accountable in addition to group classes. Everyone here is extremely supportive and will be the first to tell you they see the positive changes in you and they cheer you on! No judgements! No drama! Everyone is there to improve on themselves both physically and mentally - and everyone is so happy for everyone else! Selfless gym and health center. Love to watch it grow and be a member of the HWC family!

Fantastic experience: A welcoming gym that offers everything from group classes of all levels, personal training, nutrition and much more! So lucky to have such an amazing gym and group of women in my community. Working out here is so motivating and I've kept at it longer than I ever have in the past! Fantastic experience: You must come and experience the enthusiasm and friendships you make along the way when conquering your goals at this gym! The classes and instructors are amazing. This place is like a second home to me. I can't compliment this place enough there are so many options in classes, nutrition goals and personal training too!
