Fantastic experience: I like working out here more than the gyms on lackland, there’s less people.

Fantastic experience: Prob the best gym to workout around Lackland. Remarkable awesome gym manager who leads by example through hands-on. Great amazing staff that makes sure their customers are taken cared of. Manager is quite proactive in making sure that the gym is upto standard and always makes sure that outdoors customer have cold water to rehydrate during "black flag" days. Staffs takes the time to walk around the running track on a hot afternoon and picking up trash, etc. Wow....

Fantastic experience: Run...dips...pull ups...burpees...bear crawling..squats....etc....

Fantastic experience: Great outdoor space with a nice dirt track. Only down side is it gets muddy when wet.

Fantastic experience: Retired allowed back in! Great place to get your exercise. Sauna is closed. Update.. Closed to retirees effective January 2021. Sad.
