Fantastic experience: If you're looking to get fit or stay fit, you'll find a very positive, welcoming and friendly atmosphere here. Great selections in class times with each workout challenging you. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned athlete there are modifications offered to make the workouts fit your level. I have yet to take advantage of the nutritional guidance but plan to in the near future. Coach Kelsey really encourages the whole body health and lifestyle. She is knowledgeable on clean eating, protein rich drinks and foods to help you get the most out of your workouts. Overall, they help you to be the better and stronger version of you. ????????????

Fantastic experience: Been with Kelsey and Outlaw in general for going on 2 years. Great place to make some healthy goals that are reasonable to maintain over your life. In the beginning it was challenging and it still is but I'm a stronger person physically as well as mentally because of it. It's in a great location, great staff, and great people are apart of this location. I've tried bootcamps, cycling, other fitness programs around town and this is the one I recommend out of all of them put together. Kelsey will look at your overall nutrition, personal goals, and training needs to create a plan of success for you! Highly recommend coming to Mckinney and getting started ASAP!!!!!!!
