Fantastic experience: My sons and daughter Have been going here On and off for the last five years for speeding agility training and football training, Dwight Johnson and his staff have always been amazing to the children and they have taught them so much over the years, I would highly recommend him and his sports complex for any child looking to advance his career in sports whether it’s basketball football or just being agility this is the place to go

Fantastic experience: They train hard and are serious about getting kids in shape in a demanding, but fun atmosphere. They believe in teaching the proper techniques no matter the skill level. In addition, the staff is friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back during the off season! This is a great investment.

Fantastic experience: I liked that when I started, I was one of the slowest kids but not I more. I have lost weight and am now fast on my drills. I also like that before and after our session the coaches will play basketball with us. I like that I have made friends at the gym. As a parent, I love the confidence I see in my son as a result of going to Total Athlete. As my son stated above he went from barely being able to finish to now being (in a good way), competitive with the other kids. I appreciate the Coaches so much, being patient and encouraging him not to quit, and showing him how to persevere to the point of now liking to work out and that is saying a lot coming from a kid who just wanted computer games an TV. Thank you so much for providing a place like this for children of all ages.
