Fantastic experience: My kids love George! He teaches them how to stretch correctly so they don't hurt themselves. He also teaches them how to use their strengths and power explosively.
Fantastic experience: EXCELLENT COACHING AND YOUTH FITNESS PROGRAM!! I’m very thankful for Coach George’s devotion and inspiration on training the kids. With his help my son was able to get in shape and did not show any signs of giving up due to fatigue and made the tryout to be part of the school team. I definitely recommend his program.
