Fantastic experience: Brooke and the team at Matthews are great. I love the fact that I can show up whenever I want and that the rounds are always different. Its is challenging and I feel like I’m getting pushed to work hard but not in an obnoxious way. It’s been a great way to get back in shape after having 3 kids.

Fantastic experience: This location was awesome. Great environment. Outstanding trainers. Brooke was amazing and very detail oriented. Highly recommend. Speaking as a momma of four lovely kiddos- workout is quick and a great level of challenge.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for almost 2 years now. I can’t say enough good things about this location. Brooke(the owner) is amazing. Her staff of trainers are friendly and committed to helping you get a workout tailored to your needs. The gym is always clean and well maintained. The atmosphere is laid back and everyone seems to enjoy being there. The workouts have enough variety to keep you from getting bored while also providing the ability to benchmark yourself for comparison sake. I have referred a few people to this gym and definitely plan on continuing to attend. I love it.

Fantastic experience: This is the only gym I would consider going to. I'm impressed by Brooke and her staff's commitment to helping us succeed. 9 round makes exercises fun which traditional gyms do not. I look forward to doing kickboxing at least 3-4 times per week as I like the training which we receive at this location.

Fantastic experience: 9 Round Matthews is THE BEST. Before joining I was so inconsistent about going to the gym because I dreaded going! This workout is the first time I’ve actually enjoyed working out and have been able to stick to it for years! Brooke and her team are so great! They are incredible trainers who motivate you and make you better. More importantly, they are amazing people. The environment has been carefully cultivated to be full of positivity and friendly people from the staff to the members. I’m more than just a gym member, I’m part of a 9 round family. I couldn’t recommend this gym more!
