Hot Yoga Massapequa

Fantastic experience: So happy they opened this hot yoga spot up! Once you walk in, you feel like you were transported somewhere else. Love the colors of the place, very clean bathroom, showers & cabinets for clothes & belongings. And the instructors all do a great job explaining the moves, taking their time, and helping the students find the right posture. I recommend this location to anyone who wants to try hot yoga and feel better walking out than you did walking in!!!

Fantastic experience: Great place at a great price! Clean, quiet and instructors are awesome. Convenient schedules, and all around positive energy. Patrick the owner also a great guy. Went in Saturday with my wife, i had a lapse in my class expiration date, and he rolled them over and let me use them! That's an owner who cares. Greatly appreciated gonna buy more!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is absolutely wonderful and the studio is always clean. I work in a facility where cleanliness is top priority and being mindful as such this place never has me second guessing or cringing at the thought of contamination. Also I should add the wonderful group of members that aren't clicky and welcoming of new comers. I've recommended not only friends and coworkers but family as well.

Fantastic experience: Love they way my body is looking. Classes are easy to follow. The instructors are hands on and helpful. Overall good time and life changing experience.
