Fantastic experience: Best prices around for a wide variety of fitness classes offered both in the morning and evening to fit everyone's schedule. Great for getting results weight loss wise or keeping fitting & healthy. Amazing instructors. Friendly atmosphere. I have made several good friends throughout the years here. Love the owner. Her trade marked Beat Boxing fitness label is very fun and effective.
