Fantastic experience: As a veteran of US special operations forces, I have seen a lot of gyms and a lot of rehabilitation facilities. In fact, I have been to top notch, world class facilities. The Sideline ranks at the very top of my favorite facilities. In particular, the physical rehabilitation part of The Sideline is truly World Class. Brian Smith and his staff manage a very busy rehabilitation schedule like clockwork. They have forgotten more about physical rehab than many “experts” will ever know. For those who have never visited The Sideline, it’s a little unconventional. The historic “Varsity Theater” has been converted into a huge gym which has everything you need for a good workout. I couldn’t possibly say enough about the wonderful staff, low membership costs, and fitness classes. It’s big enough and has enough equipment that you usually don’t have to wait to use the equipment you need. We love that it’s open 24/7 so we can go anytime we like. Check this place out. You’ll love it.

Positive experience: The gym is nice and so is the staff. But I have asked and hoped that you would offer more Barre classes with better times. It would also be nice if you guys offered yoga or Pilates!!
