All of the teammates and students are incredibly welcoming as well as proficient; proven by the accolades and championships the school holds. It's a wonderful and life-changing place where many people from so many walks of life come together for a common goal. You will see how quickly your family expands and your jiu jitsu evolves.

Fantastic experience: Great family atmosphere and team driven training. Bamboo, the head instructor is a high level teacher and relays the techniques very well (English and Portuguese). The academy is a great place to accomplish personal goals, learn self defense, gain confidence, meet new friends and learn.

Fantastic experience: Thiago (Bamboo) is a great coach and very knowledgeable in the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Bamboo does a great job at helping each individual meet their goals, whether you want to try bjj to stay in shape, for self defense, or for competition.
