Fantastic experience: Amazing place, my 6 year old loves it here. Master Red and Master Cooper are very encouraging and nurturing, such that the kids learn TaeKwonDo along with discipline, yet the environment makes it a fun and encouraging environment for them. I liked the program's additional emphasis on building self-confidence, self-esteem, defence against bullies, getting parents more engaged with the kids' lessons and home practice, etc. Master Cooper engages the kids in a neat balance of learning technique, along with exercising core muscles and building stamina, while introducing cool humor. I've observed a couple of kids who started really shy at first, but are now fully involved and participating in just a few sessions. We're here for the long term, all the way to black belt for my kids. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: We have been coming here for a while now ! We love it and my son loves it so much . It taught him how to be smart and use his mind in a different way, and give him the skills to defend himself. Can’t wait for his younger brother to start so they can practice the skills they learn from master cooper together . 100% recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Updating my review six years later! I am both an instructor and a student of this martial arts school. The culture here is one of a big family. Kids learn important life skills that are not taught elsewhere. Even with COVID precautions in place we get to exercise and have fun while doing it. If you have always wanted to try martial arts, you should come down and try a class!
