Fantastic experience: Getting back into boxing routine after pandemic and broken foot. Love that classes are a great workout, but also love that all instructors are good with any modifications you need. Instructors are also helpful with technique.

Fantastic experience: This place is really amazing. and I am so happy I joined. It is a great place to not only get an unbelievable workout in but also get all your aggression and anger out in a 45 minute session.
