Paradise Fit Club

Fantastic experience: Who knew that fitness training could make you feel young again? At 68 soon to turn 69.. I feel empowered , capable & energized! I have only been back to Paradise Fit for a week after a long hiatus, and I have not felt this good in a long time! Alex is a first class trainer! He has immediately made training a fun challenge and he is always mindful of a few limitations I have and he still provides a GREAT workout!

I've been going here for almost 2 years and it's the only gym I've even been to that is good vibes as soon as you walk through the door and until the moment you leave. Fun, effective classes, Alex has a great depth of knowledge and is always striving to bring you the best workout possible.

Fantastic experience: Before going to Paradise fit club, I thought I was in pretty good shape. After my very first workout I realized I had a long way to go! After only a few weeks I was feeling great and in much better shape. Alex works very hard to help you push yourself and make workout that work for your body. The club is very bright, open and clean. I look forward to my morning workouts and feel so good the rest of the day. Dont forget to end with a smoothie! They're so good!

The hour goes by quickly and I’m already seeing improvements in definition and stamina. Alex and Max are both fantastic trainers who provide an engaging workout that pushes you to whatever limit they know you are comfortable and capable of.
