Fantastic experience: Great gym! Just about everything you could ask for in a gym, plenty of equipment and free weights alike. Never too crowded (at the times I normally go) and a great and friendly staff to boot. Convenient location next to my office as well.

Fantastic experience: I became a member of The Sweat Shop Fitness Center in September 2017. I immediately joined their spin class and was hooked. I spin three days a week and use the gym to workout the other three days. With this workout combination and a good diet in place I have lost 30lbs. I've also made some good friends in the spin class and absolutely love the instructors. I would highly recommend The Sweat Shop for anybody looking for a lifestyle change. I know they are running a summer special but you'd have to contact them to get the details.

Fantastic experience: Best gym around. No where near the shady contracts and questionable business practices of the local name brand gym!
