Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this Crossfit 870 since it opened. This is a great place for a workout that is going to test you and it comes with great people. I was intimidated to try it but it is nothing to be intimidated about. They train you, they teach you and they support you. It's a great place for new beginning
Fantastic experience: Had a great time, even if I was the only one in class! (8:30a moms were all on a field trip) I got a really great workout!
