Fantastic experience: This is one of my favorite gyms, has everything you would need. Being open 24 hours definitely has its benefits. And if your feeling hungry or need a pick-me-up, they have a Mix-Lab that serves protein shakes and energy smoothies.

Fantastic experience: I worked out here last year while I was attending military training in Monterey. I had a great time working out in this gym and it is hard to find anything like it since I've left Salinas. Everyone was welcoming and friendly as well.

Positive experience: Awesome place to workout. Although the full membership is expensive, the owner is very friendly and experienced and will push you to your limits during the hardcore workouts. He will also help set you up with a diet and workout plan and the gym is open 24hrs.
