Fantastic experience: It is super clean compared to a regular gym. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The members are there to improve their health. The pools are very clear and clean. The spa tub has jets that actually work and are powerful not just moving the water around. The classes and trainers are amazing. It is worth the money!

Fantastic experience: From the beginning the receptionist . . Everyone of them . . Their energy is really welcoming . . They are helpful and very professional . . My PT is Yoshi and he has helped me learn how to exercise and strengthen my shoulder and neck muscles . . I have arthritis and degenerative disc that were creating headaches . .I have seen this young man for only a few session and can see the difference . . He has given me workouts showed me how to do them correctly . . I am 68 and wanted help to do self care . . My headaches were off the chart bad when I began . . today I would say a 2 or 3 . . Today I have hope that soon it will be 0- . . I am not even half way through yet . . I would recommend anyone that needs Physical Therapy to ask your doctor to refer you to Montage . . My experience has been positive I believe you will not be disappointed . . From the very beginning you will experience the feeling of being an individual that matters . . During your treatments you will know your in caring hands . . You do your part and there will be results . . Feeling miserable is horrible . . They do their best to give comfort from beginning . . Fantastic experience: This is a well-equipped fitness center geared toward the MATURE crowd. It has multiple classes that include swim classes, aerobic classes ,overall Fitness & Wellness classes. The classes in the pool are geared toward physical therapy and strengthening when low impact. They have a lap pool separate from the exercise pool. And they have a good size whirlpool tub to ease the aching muscles after a workout. The showers and the locker room are very well kept. This is your higher end overall Fitness Center. Personal trainers are available ( for a fee ) if needed or you can go with your schedule of workouts. It may be considered a little pricey for the gym membership but the amenities make it well worth it.
