Fantastic experience: I have been a member for over 10 years and this is by far the best gym around! I have recently moved and although I am an hour away, it is worth the drive for their Les Mills classes and amazing instructors. I love that it is never over crowded and it feels like your amongst friends when you are there. The atmosphere is fun and I look forward to going which is key to sticking with any workout. The new management has stepped up and improved all aspects of the gym.

Fantastic experience: Friendly Staff! Newly remodeled and equipment added. Supportive atmosphere. I did the Rapid Results program and have had great results! More energy and a stronger back and shoulders! I can honestly say I love to work out where as before I did just enough to get by on and used all the excuses as to why I couldn't do more.
