Fantastic experience: Extraordinary and welcoming space, community and coaches. They walk you every step of the way, and challenge you to accomplish your goals. Best community I’ve ever been a part of, in a life time of athletics. Peers and coaches support and cheer you ON. You seriously have to check it our for yourself! Ps. The equipment it top notch and VERY well kept!

Fantastic experience: CrossFit 1490 is an excellent gym for all levels of athletes. The coaches are very knowledgeable and welcoming to new members no matter your skill level or capability. The community is friendly, the workouts are fun, and the atmosphere is intense. This is everything you’re looking for and more when you find a gym.

Fantastic experience: Love this place! I have been a member here for almost a year. They’re not in it for the hype or the money, they genuinely want to help you achieve your fitness goals. They care more about form and safety then how much weight you can sling up. CX1490 always has a scaled workout routine to fit anyones fitness abilities.
