Fantastic experience: The staff is amazing and the coaches are very engaging with people. Not only do you get a great workout but you get to track your heart rate & progress as you go, which is amazing!

Fantastic experience: Dropped in from out of town and was received with open arms. As a fellow gym owner who has dropped into plenty of boxes, they appear to be one of the “good ones” left in the CrossFit space. If you’re interested in making some lifestyle changes and creating a healthier version of yourself, this seems like the perfect place to start.

Fantastic experience: First off, Jared and his Staff are great people!!! When I was looking to get into shape after letting myself go for 20 years, I explored all gyms in the area and then I drove by this little place on the outskirts of downtown Mansfield and found a GEM(gym)! I walked in and knew this was not a gym, but a place to change my approach to fitness. The place was very clean and organized, but utilitarian in a good way! It had real equipment that was meant for work, Its a no frills place!! Be ready to sweat and put in work! It seem daunting at first, but everyone is there for the same reasons and you will feel welcomed the moment you step in!! STOP trying...START Training!!! M:I

Fantastic experience: The owner and his trainers put so much effort into our goals and making sure technique is correct. Great atmosphere with strong family core. I've been working out at a lot of different levels for 30 years and have never been more impressed.
