Fantastic experience: We started out having our kids join Kato Jiu-Jitsu for learning self defense because our kids have been bullied in the past. Jiu-Jitsu is a real world type of defense. Now our whole family is taking the classes. An hour long class is a much better workout than any gym membership! Plus you're learning skills to keep you safe. Everyone has become like a second family there. It's a really great environment and welcoming to new members with zero judgment. For kids it's teaches respect, discipline, and builds confidence. They have a 4 time World Champion as an instructor! How cool is that?!?! They have deals and promotions running all of the time in addition to the 1 week free class.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to learn about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. There are no attitudes and people come to learn and work hard while also being respectful of each other.
