Fantastic experience: Very cute yoga studio in South Redondo. Manuri created a beautiful space to practice yoga and share the positive vibes. There are many great and knowledgeable teachers, almost too difficult for me to point one favourite. I love Wednesday Yin/Yang classes with Elyse and also classes with Cherisse and her beautiful, peaceful energy. Namaste.

Fantastic experience: This was my first experience at Soul Fitness LA and I will definitely be back! I signed up for a sound bath with Jess and I can not express enough how much I enjoyed this session. I have had sounds baths before but this one blew my mind! Jess was kind and caring! She did a great job and made the sound bath an amazing experience! I highly recommend this studio and you signing up with Jess for a session!
