Fantastic experience: I have been working out here since April of 2018. I love it!!! 30 minute workouts that actually do something for you and your body and it’s a fun and supportive environment!!
Fantastic experience: Just finished 5 week introduction. Sleeping better, lifting things around the house more easily, lost over 10 lbs, and feel great...sore but a good sore. Fantastic experience: This place has literally changed my life. In one year, I have lost nearly 28lbs! The weight loss isn’t the only thing you will gain from Fit Body Boot Camp though. I have so much more muscle now and my heart is so much stronger than it used to be. My blood pressure and resting heart rate have decreased, and I am now able to run 5ks which I never would have imagined doing 2 years ago. The main thing I love about these workouts is that they are only 30 min. It makes it easy to squeeze in even on a busy day. There is even an enclosed “Kid Zone” with a TV for your kids if they need to come with you, so no more using them as an excuse not to exercise! The pace of the exercises are fast, and I love that they include strength and cardio so that you are hitting every area. The coaches are encouraging and will always help you to push yourself to the next level. If you are someone who needs direction when working out, this is the place to go! Don’t let the words “boot camp” scare you ~ there are modifications and many exercises just involve your body weight. You won’t regret this!
