Fantastic experience: Just wanted to give a shout out to my personal trainer Teia & training manager Keith. With their help, I've been able to break through my slump & drop 6 pounds in the 1st week of training; eating MORE & working out LESS. Believe or not, the secret is that there is no secret. Having professional guidance makes the difference! For me, it's simply been a matter of slight adjustments to my diet & form durning our 30 minute workout sessions. Anyone who knows me, knows I don't just post to post. If you're having trouble achieving your health and fitness goals, maybe you need some extra help too & that's ok.

Fantastic experience: Awesome, convenient gym with the scenery of Elm street which is pretty sweet. I know the owner pretty well too and he’s very tentative to his members which is great. Smoothie bar, lockers, showers, it’s got everything you need. I highly recommend to come try this gym out!
