Fantastic experience: I take the pole essentials class with Sara and I love it! I was fairly hesitant to start because I'm over weight and pretty uncoordinated but I had nothing to worry about! Sara is awesome! She's very welcoming and encouraging. I see my strength building each week. It's a very fun class and I definitely leave knowing I got a good workout!
