Fantastic experience: Great place with great people. Coach Chris definitely pushes you to the limit. I've seen alot of people do things they didn't were possible, but he takes you to the next level. If you are looking for a quik chisle sesh here n there this probably isn't your place. If you are looking for a fitness commitment this is your place. "Rome wasn't built in a day "

Fantastic experience: Chris and the other coaches are THE BEST! They challenge my 8 year old's agility, strength, and speed while making it fun the entire time!

Fantastic experience: Best gym I've ever been too! Every time I come here, I feel that I have a second family. Everyone is welcoming and funny. Coach Chris is the man! He makes sure I'm doing the workouts correctly and pushes me to do the best I possibly can.
