Positive experience: Clean and thankfully doesn’t smell like gym shorts like many other workout places do… Kind of a cross between a sauna and a yoga studio with high intensity training options and cross training. I like that typically I can have the sauna to myself, at least lately. I do wish it were staffed with at least one person after 8pm… kinda creepy going in when there’s no one else there

Fantastic experience: My favorite workout ever! You feel like a new (and very sweaty!) person when you leave! Friendly and helpful staff. You can workout alone and be safe as well. Love it!

Fantastic experience: First set of workouts as an official member today and I am HAPPY! I needed a way to get back in shape without having to spend HOURS at a traditional gym. 2-15 minute workouts at high infrared temperatures does the trick.

Fantastic experience: LOVE this place! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Starting a new work out can be intimidating, but they make it so exciting! You will sweat. No joke. Don't plan on a hot date immediately after working out since you will seriously earn the burn. Also love that you can come and go as you please as well for what fits your schedule. I'm hooked already!
