Fantastic experience: Love the workouts and the coaches! The coaches give such encouragement and if you have a MyZone belt you will get a visual of how well you are doing also.

Fantastic experience: This gym is for everybody and feels like family! This gym is the only one that got my husband to keep up with his workouts. Workout templates are prebuilt for you so that you can just come in and put in the work. Awesome coaches that push you and help correct your form.

Fantastic experience: I have tried numerous gyms over the years, and not one of them compares to FIRE. The owner Brittany continually goes above and beyond for her clients. She is the most genuine, kind and understanding person, but she also knows how to push people to the best of their capabilities when she is coaching a class! The other coach, Dillon, also does a great job at pushing you, while also encouraging you and making you feel comfortable. Both of them are extremely knowledgeable in both fitness and nutrition and if they don't have an answer for you, you bet they will go out of their way to figure it out for you right away! Overall, it is the most welcoming atmosphere and as others have mentioned, it truly does feel like family at FIRE!

Fantastic experience: Best boot camp facility in the area! Supportive coaches with the best workout friends around! I start out every morning here!!! I saw results in the first month and I’ve been going now for over a year and a half ❤️ I couldn’t imagine my life without this gym.
