Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed the energy and atmosphere of this place. Amy was extremely welcoming and kind and her class kicked my but but also left me feeling rejuvenated, strong, and refreshed. I look forward to taking more classes!

Fantastic experience: Best gym in town! Joined in May and wish I joined sooner. Every time I workout, it’s a different sequence and never boring. Amy is very encouraging and enthusiast during the workout! Be prepared to sweat.. cause you will (a lot).
