Fantastic experience: Was there for the ladies of iron usapl powerlifting meet and was enjoying the old school gym Ford has there

Positive experience: Great community atmosphere. Lots of old and cramped equipment, but it has what you need. $10 for a day is hard to beat. Punching bags and a ring.
