Fantastic experience: Great cardio workouts. I have physical limitations that prevent some movement, but the workouts are tailored to my physical abilities and capabilites. I've worked out at other gyms where there was no flexibility or modifying the workout. You either did it, or you were ostracized. It's not like that at Cobalt. Everyone is welcome regardless of capability or ability. Workouts are modified to what YOU need, not what the instructor has decided the 'group' will do.

Positive experience: Coach Allen stepped right in when we came to him due to our daughter being bullied at school. Not only did he teach her about self defense, he taught her about key principles. I HIGHLY recommend Cobalt Self Defense Tactics. He even has patience to work with small children. He taught my 12 year old self defense training, he also taught my 6 year old. He’s definitely an Amazing Teacher!!

Fantastic experience: Learning so much at this studio! Definitely needed for self defense. Great group support and encouragement! If you are looking for a place to destress, workout and learn self defense, then you found it! Allen is absolutely passionate about what he teaches and has a lot of patience. He is able to break it down so that you will learn the technique right. Hands down - The best!
