Great for someone at any level or age wanting to get stronger and healthier. You’ll get to know people on a personal level and push each other to be the best you can be inside and outside of the gym!

Fantastic experience: Best decision of my life.....googling "Awakening Strength" and then finding out its a great gym! I've had several trainers and joined gyms across multiple cities & states I lived in when I was in the military, but Awakening Strength is hands down THE best. Everyone takes their workouts very seriously at Awakening Strength & they helped me find the right level of accountability that I needed in my workouts. Amberly created a workout plan and nutritional guidance that helped me see results in just a few weeks. The gym is very clean, organized and anyone I have ever met there is very friendly. Highly recommend this gym and Amberly to anyone who takes their fitness journey seriously.

Fantastic experience: I train with Amberly and she is spectacular! She truly cares about her clients and trains to my specific goals. She gave me the courage to compete in my first powerlifting meet. The Awakening Strength gym members are honestly my second family. I connected with them in the gym and continue connecting with them inside the gym! A fantastic spot with amazing people who help you meet your goals!

Fantastic experience: I love it here it is a family and is run by the best coaches. Ryan is my coach and he has trained me for over a year now. He always does what is best for me and is constantly pushing me to do better. Part of the reason I want to stay in Alabama is because of awakening strength. I would recommend this power family to any one!
