Fantastic experience: Love the positivity in this place. It's contagious!

Fantastic experience: I joined the Pink Physique almost 5 months ago and I really like that it is all women and it is not crowded when I come in to work out. I LOVE the infrared sauna which has improved my skin and always helps me relax and unwind. It is also a great place to make new friends! :) I joined as a member and did my own workouts for the first few months, along with some of the evening group fitness classes which I really enjoy. I lost 7 Ibs (after a few months of building muscle and not loosing at all) and had fun with my own workouts and nutrition. Now, I've taken it to the next level with the Drop Two Sizes Program. It is fun to do PT with other ladies and to feel myself getting stronger and building endurance. The workouts are challenging but so so worth it! This past weekend, I went on a trip with my youth group and I had way more energy than the 12 year olds! The Pink Physique was JUST what I needed at this time in my life. I would recommend it to anyone!

The trainers push you in a way that is gently to your physical limitations but hard on crushing your fitness goals. With free classes that vary throughout the week, you have a wide variety of options to embrace your best fit into the fitness world. I wouldn't trade my gym for any other! Love my Pink family!

Fantastic experience: The Pink Physique has it going on!!! I love this gym, the staff and all the members. I have been in different gyms all my life and the Pink Physique is the best by far. The staff are very knowledgeable about all aspects of exercise and nutrition. Whether you are using the trainers or not, they will always help make sure you are doing the exercises correctly so you get the best benefit and do not hurt yourself. I never thought I would care one way or the other if I was in an all female gym, but now that I am I truly love it. The other aspect I love about this gym is the cleanliness. The staff works very hard keeping the gym orderly and spotless. Check it out...I promise you it won't disappoint!!
