Fantastic experience: Great gym. Hal is and excellent owner and personal trainer. I have thoroughly enjoyed the training over the last 3 months and the change in my physique has been on point. I would recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: If you want to get healthier, stronger, lose weight or reach a fitness goal, Hal Davis at Gorilla Strong is the place to go. 24 hour gym, CrossFit box, personal training and on line training is all available. Best decision I ever made. It has changed my life.
